Mechinagar. Deusi and Bhailo can be played only till 10 pm in Jhapa. The District Administration Office, Jhapa, issued a notice and appealed to people to celebrate without affecting other people, villages, neighborhoods and public life.In the notice issued by the chief district officer of Jhapa, Shivram Pokharel, it has been requested to maintain peace and security and promote culture. It is mentioned in the notice that strict action will be taken against the import, sale, distribution and transportation of explosives and highly flammable substances like crackers and fireworks. It is also reported that the police have tightened the security system by appealing to people not to engage in activities prohibited by law such as gambling and cards.
