Shangwa is a Zimbabwean Social Justice Activist, Pastor, President,Founder and Executive Chairman of New Hope Foundation Global Networks, an international published author, (has writen child friendly rights coloring books). He is a Blogger, information communication technologies technician, teacher, trainer and facilitator, Elfas is an Agricultural skills trainer,a Pastor and husband and father to wonderful children.
He founded two Non profit oganisations (NPOs) one based in Zimbabwe and an International NGO operational on the global platform.
As an international Author he developed two child rights coloring books called “Knowing your rights through arts”, the view gatherings and designing and pilot testing of these two books were initially funded by Switzerland Embassy in Zimbabwe from 2011 to 2013 and UNICEF Zimbabwe in 2015, the publication of the two books was done by an international publishing house called Just fiction based in Germany in January 2018.
The books are meant for all children from 3 years to 17 years, the books are tools to promote an understanding of the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child (UNCRC), it’s relationship with each country constitution and the laws that are aligned to it.
Elfas’s life has been centered on training people and organisations in the following fields, NGO development and capacity building, ICT training and facilitation, Farming facilitation and training, Elfas is an action person and makes things happen He has travelled world over conducting trainings and facilitaion to different groups of people and in different African countries that include, Zimbabwe,South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, Swaziland, Lesotho and Uganda.
