Hyderabad, india,8th December: The National Human Rights Commission commenced their investigation into the encounter killings of the four accused in the Hyderabad gangrape-and-murder case and ordered an inquiry on Friday. The seven-member team of the Commission visited the place on Saturday and also spoke to villagers to gather information over the encounter. It is being told that the NHRC team, including a forensic medicine expert, began its probe by examining the bodies.SILIGURI TIMES
