The meeting unanimously elected Punit Banshal as the vice-chairman of the committee, BP Bhattarai, Krishna Kaushal, Sushma Karki Doli, Namita Budhathoki, Shushila Rizal and Campus Head Pushparaj Poudel as member secretary. The committee will consist of one person from Mechinagar municipality head or representative, one program coordinator and one representative from Purvanchal University.
Election Committee Coordinator Ajay Ghimire informed that the tenure of the newly created working committee will be 3 years. The chief guest at the event was Mechinagar Municipality Chief Gopalchandra Budhathoki, Campus Founder Vice President Ram Kattel, Mechnagar-15 Ward President Gunaraj Bhattarai, then Campus Building Committee Secretary Punit Banshal and others expressed their greetings.
Although it was the 23rd general assembly of the campus, the committee informed that it was started as the first general assembly according to the current law after technical education was started. Currently, civil engineering classes up to diploma are being conducted in the campus.
