Kakarvitta. Gangalal Gurung has been elected as the president of Gorkha Memorial Foundation Nepal.
A new committee of 15 people was elected under the leadership of President Gurung at the convention of the organization held at Hotel Paris in Kakarvitta.
Dhankiran Gurung, president of Gorkha Memorial Fund UK, who was the chief guest of the program, announced the name of the new working committee.
Jagat Gurung, Secretary General Ash Bahadur Gurung, Treasurer Dev Kumar Gurung, Secretary Surendra Budhathoki have been elected as the vice president of the committee.
Similarly, the members are Santosh Acharya, Pawan Upreti, Meen Bahadur Gurung, Kalpana Gurung, Santa Bahadur Gurung, Kumari Gurung, Tej Bahadur Gurung and Santa Bahadur Thapa.
