Mechinagar. The Jhapa police celebrated the 69th Police Day on Wednesday at the District Police Office Jhapa by organizing various programs. The day was celebrated with various programs including tributes to the martyred policemen, honoring the families of the martyred policemen, awarding the best employees, blood donation, awarding prizes to the winning players in various sports and giving letters of appreciation to the personalities who have contributed in various fields.
On the same occasion, Muktinath Paudel, president of Mechi Community Service Center Kankarvitta, was honored by the Nepal Police on Wednesday. The Chief Guest of the program organized on the occasion of the 69th Police Day at District Police Office Jhapa, Chief District Administration Office Jhapa, Chief District Officer Bandhu Prasad Bastola and the chairman of the program, Chief Superintendent of Police Milan KC of District Police Office Jhapa, jointly presented the award certificate to the honored Poudel.
