india,Imphal, : Six people, including five policemen, were reportedly injured in an Improvised Explosive Device or IED blast at Thangal Bazaar, on Tuesday morning, in Manipur’s capital Imphal.
According to reports, those injured in the blast included Additional Superintendent of Police (Operations), a Sub-Inspector (SI), two Assistant SIs and a Rifleman of Imphal West District.
The injured individuals were rushed to a nearby hospital. So far, no militant group has claimed responsibility for the blast.siliguritimes
